Lavoropiù Everywhere, the international division of Lavoropiù
specialised in the recruitment of highly qualified profiles on a global
level, is looking for a:
HELPDESK TECHNICIAN – FRANCE (BL.3202.TO)
for an innovative IT company placed in the North of Italy specialized
in the processes of IT technology management and transformation.
After a training period, this person will work at the customers’ headquarters and will be in charge of:
· Identifying and analysing the needs and problems described by users;
· Resolving and follow-up of incidents in his/her area of expertise;
· Entering the information in the database;
· Guaranteeing a quality of service for the customer satisfaction;
Main Requirements:
· At least 3 years of experience in the same role;
· Excellent knowledge of Win7 and Win8 client-operating systems;
· Knowledge of the basic elements of networking;
· Basic Knowledge of Windows Active Directory Domain (Computer Network Configuration, Domain, Active Directory, Subnet);
· Good knowledge of the 2007 Office system;
· Knowledge of Italian and French language, English is a plus;

· Good communication skills;
· Problem-solving skills;
Workplace: Paris
Working hours: Full time
